Peter Siegel, owner and founder of Asbury Park Vintage Guitars in New Jersey, has been playing guitar since he was seven years old.
He’s always loved being around guitars and says, “picking them up, feeling them, holding them, playing them. They are all different and each one gives off a different feeling which I find very fun and enjoyable.” The shop seeks and collects the finest, cleanest, and rarest instruments around the world (with an emphasis on unique, uncirculated, and mint condition guitars and amps from Fender and Gibson).
For over 30 years, Peter has been collecting and dealing guitars as APVG and is truly dedicated to the beauty of vintage guitars and the excitement that comes from holding and playing a fine vintage instrument. He greatly enjoys putting guitars in the hands of people who will really love them, use them, and admire them, making APVG a go-to source for the best gear for many pro players. If you’re seeking a truly “no issues” piece and the best known example of a particular guitar, chances are they have it!
