Firehouse Guitars is proud to be a true family business in the music industry. In 1997, founder Tim Adrianson left his corporate chemistry gig and started selling music gear out of a tiny shop in Grand Rapids, MI. The original store quickly grew and became a chain of full-line musical instrument and pro sound stores offering all of the industry’s top brands and products.
In recent years of unprecedented growth, Tim’s sons Levi and Caleb have joined him as owner-operators. Firehouse Guitars now offers one of the best national selections of music gear, serving both beginner and professional musicians alike. As of their 25th anniversary in November 2022, Firehouse Guitars features a single, flagship store in Grandville, MI, housing one of the largest acoustic guitar rooms and electric guitar walls in the entire country
Despite having over 1,000 new and used guitars on the walls, they can only showcase a small percentage of their total inventory, and eager customers always ask, "What else is out back?"
The Adriansons are passionate about offering a top-tier full-service experience at the local level: "It never gets old seeing a first-timer walk through the doors, get wide-eyed, do a 360-degree spin, and immediately start taking pictures of everything.
